I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was modern and spacious with a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the central station and several restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety, including vegan options. Would definitely come back! 😊

My stay at Hotel Diament Plaza Katowice was delightful. The breakfast was a standout, featuring fresh, delicious options served in a beautifully designed dining area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude.

The overall experience was less than satisfactory due to multiple issues. The parking situation was frustrating, with high fees and blocked access during our arrival. Additionally, we faced poor service related to room availability, including being moved to a standard hotel without adequate comfort or compensation.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was really comfy and spacious, with high ceilings and thick curtains that blocked out noise perfectly. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the big bed made for a great night's sleep. The design was modern and clean, which added to the vibe. Plus, it was super handy being right in the city center, close to everything. Just a heads up, the coffee at breakfast could use an upgrade! Overall, a solid stay.

Enjoyed a cozy room with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to assist, making the stay remarkably pleasant. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of high-quality food. For better room comfort, maybe select a room away from the elevators to minimize noise.

Group Well-suited Experience

First off, the location is a major plus, everything you need is just a short walk away. I'd also never forget the warm muffins waiting in my room, it was a nice touch!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still ok for what we got.

The stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the cozy lounge area with warm drinks and a lovely breakfast spread that had something for everyone. I also loved unwinding on the sun terrace and found the garden area very peaceful. The only thing was a bit of street noise at night, but it didn’t really bother me. 😊

Not ideal for business

The room was decent but small, and the location was convenient. Also the breakfast had good options but wasn’t free. Wine was pricey too.

The parking was pricy too, not cheap at all, which made it a bit frustrating.

Friendly staff helped with directions. Weak coffee at breakfast was disappointing.

The location was perfect, right next to a fantastic craft beer bar! Clean facilities and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Excellent housekeeping left the room impeccable.

The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.
